Lead onboarding, implementation, and long term relationship management to ensure every organisation successfully adopts Ungenders platform and services.
Role Overview

Winning a customer is only the beginning. As a Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you will ensure that every organisation partnering with Ungender successfully adopts our advisory services and Conduct platform. You will lead onboarding, implementation, customer education, product adoption, and long term relationship management. You will work directly with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Advisory teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and implementation projects
- Configure customer accounts and coordinate platform setup
- Conduct administrator onboarding and implementation sessions
- Guide organisations through product adoption and change management
- Monitor platform utilisation and customer engagement
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned customers




- Coordinate issue resolution with Product and Engineering teams
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Identify opportunities for renewals and account expansion
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Enterprise Support, Customer Onboarding, or SaaS Implementation
- Experience working with enterprise B2B SaaS products, HRTech, LegalTech, ERP platforms, or consulting organisations
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers
