Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer with robust expertise in Routing & Switching, FortiGate Firewall, and Blue Coat Proxy to work on large enterprise network implementation, deployment, and migration projects.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across the end-to-end project lifecycle, including HLD/LLD, implementation, configuration, migration, deployment, testing, validation, and cutover.

This is a project implementation and migration role. Candidates primarily working in BAU/NOC/production support environments are not suitable for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise network infrastructure based on business and technical requirements.
- Prepare, review, and validate High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Perform hands-on Routing & Switching implementation and deployment.
- Configure and implement FortiGate Firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN and security configurations.
- Implement and migrate Blue Coat Proxy / Secure Web Gateway solutions.




- Execute network and security migration projects, including planning, implementation, testing and cutover.
- Perform configuration changes, pre-checks, post-checks and validation during deployment.
- Troubleshoot complex L2/L3 networking issues during implementation and migration.
- Work with project, architecture, security and application teams for end-to-end implementation.
- Participate in migration/cutover activities and prepare rollback plans.
- Ensure implementation follows enterprise security and network standards.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, MOPs and rollback procedures.
