Radiant Info Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to connect with customers and prospects professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain Radiant’s IT products, solutions, and services clearly.

Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.

Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and follow-up targets.

Skills & Qualifications

Graduate with relevant communication skills.





Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and professional telephone manner.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.

1-2 years prior telecalling/sales experience is preferred.

Fluency in English and Hindi preferred.
