Job Title: Transport Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years
Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma preferred

Key Responsibilities

Transport Operations
- Plan, coordinate and manage daily transportation operations for employees and company requirements.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of employees between designated locations.
- Prepare and monitor vehicle schedules, routes and trip plans.
- Ensure optimum utilization of company-owned and hired vehicles.

Driver & Staff Management
- Supervise drivers, transport staff and support personnel.
- Ensure drivers follow company policies, traffic rules and safety procedures.
- Conduct regular meetings and provide guidance to drivers.

Vehicle Management
- Monitor vehicle condition, fitness, insurance, permits, PUC and other statutory documents.
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance of vehicles.
- Track vehicle servicing, repairs, fuel consumption and maintenance costs.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, safe and properly maintained.

Route & Cost Management




- Optimize routes to reduce travel time, fuel consumption and transportation costs.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage and vehicle expenses.
- Review transport costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Maintain proper records of vehicle usage and expenses.

Vendor Management
- Coordinate with transport contractors and external vehicle service providers.
- Negotiate rates and monitor vendor performance.
- Verify bills, trip sheets and supporting documents before processing payments.
- Ensure contracted vehicles meet company safety and service standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
