Role & responsibilities
- Handle complete production operations of injection molding
- Plan and manage daily production schedules
- Ensure quality standards as per requirement
- Improve productivity, efficiency, and cost control
- Manage manpower, shifts, and shopfloor discipline
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams
- Ensure machine utilization and minimum downtime
- Follow safety and compliance standards
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 5 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding (mandatory)
- Robust Knowledge of Hot Runner Moulds and Process
- Strong knowledge of machines, molds, and processes
- Leadership skills with ability to manage teams
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability
