The GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing sits inside the Growth Marketing team and reports directly to the VP, Growth Marketing. This is not a traditional marketing ops role. It is an intelligence and activation role with equal parts analyst, builder and campaign strategist. This is a new role at Ocrolus and you will own the systems that surface who to market to, build the lists that feed prospecting and expansion campaigns, mine product usage data to find wallet share opportunities, and close the loop between campaign performance and revenue impact.

You will work across the full funnel: demand generation, customer expansion, and pipeline conversion. The output is measurable: pipeline influenced, accounts reached, expansion and current revenue identified.
