Job Summary

Job title: Project Manager/Site-Incharge. Reports To: GM-Projects. Department / Functional Area: Projects. Location: Coimbatore. Qualifications: BE Civil Engineering or Architecture. Experience: Minimum 10-12 years experience in project management in construction industry. Job Type: Full Time.
Responsibilities
- Planning: Create a construction project management plan.
- Planning: Create a construction estimate based on material take-off (MTO).
- Planning: Predict resources needed to complete the project.
- Coordinating: Co-ordinate with project consultants to get the Positive for Construction (GFC) drawing to proceed the work without any alterations.
- Coordinating: Manage contractor and supplier relationships.
- Coordinating: Coordinate with Sr. Planning Engineer for getting details from project consultants like architects, designers, engineers (MEP).
- Coordinating: Coordinate with Sr. Planning Engineer for getting customization drawings for clients.
- Coordinating: Coordinate with sales team and keep them updated of stage wise completion according to the cost sheets.




- Project Management: Manage construction schedule and activities.
- Project Management: Manage resources such as construction materials and equipment.
- Project Management: Supervise subordinates, PMC team, construction team (all contractors and engineers) and construction workers and hiring subcontractors whenever necessary.
- Cost Management: Provide inputs to prepare budget to the Sr Quantity Surveyor.
- Cost Management: Ensure that the costs are within the budget allocated/planned.
- Cost Management: Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Monitoring: Do regular quality checks.
- Monitoring: Check and certify contractor bills.
- Monitoring: Conduct quality and safety inspections and maintain health and safety standards.
- Others: Ensure all permits and licences are received and maintained from appropriate agencies.
