We are looking for a Business Analyst cum Project Coordinator who can understand business requirements, translate them into clear functional requirements, and coordinate effectively between clients, business teams, development, QA, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Business Analysis, requirement gathering, project coordination, documentation, Agile/Scrum practices, and software development processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Understand and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and discussions with business users.
- Translate business requirements into transparent and actionable functional requirements.
- Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, use cases, process flows, and other project documentation.




- Create wireframes/mockups where required and work closely with UI/UX teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies, business rules, and potential risks in requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
- Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to the development and QA teams.
- Review developed features against the agreed business requirements.

Project Coordination
- Coordinate with Business, Development, QA, UI/UX, Sales, and other project stakeholders.
- Track project activities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and action items.
- Participate in and coordinate Agile/Scrum meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Follow up with respective teams to ensure tasks are completed within planned timelines.
- Maintain project status reports and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
