Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Senior BDE

Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad (On-site)

Work Schedule: 5 Days/Week (Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off)

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: 0.6 – 5 Years

Day shift- 9:30 AM to 6:15 PM (Asia Shift)

Night Shift- 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (US Shift)

In this role, you will connect with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across top IT companies and MNCs, driving pipeline growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

· Outreach & Lead Generation: Prospect and source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, strategic emailing, and personalised engagement.

· Pipeline Management: Identify high-value prospects, generate qualified leads, and maintain a robust sales pipeline in collaboration with internal teams and clients.

· Prospecting & Research:



Conduct targeted market research and data analysis to expand the sales database and identify target accounts.

· Relationship Building: Interact with high volumes of decision-makers daily, presenting client solutions clearly to uncover business needs and convert interest into qualified opportunities.

· Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales metrics and lead-generation targets to maximise performance incentives.

Requirements & Qualifications

· Experience: 0.6 to 5 years in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development. Highly motivated candidates with strong potential and less experience are encouraged to apply.

· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage comfortably over the phone and via email.
