Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused Founder Executive to work closely with leadership and support day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, solution-oriented, and capable of improving operational efficiency by leveraging automation and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities
- - Identify operational gaps and resolve issues before escalation
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks
- Work closely with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and business ideas
- Identify repetitive manual processes and help automate them using AI tools
- Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Act as a bridge between teams, workflows, and automation systems
- Use AI tools and technology to improve productivity and reduce manual effort
- Track progress, ensure accountability, and take ownership of deliverables
- Prepare reports, updates,



and operational documentation as required

Required Skills

- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and workflow optimization

Qualification
- - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Operations, Project Coordination, Executive Assistance, or similar roles
- Experience in IT, Startup, SaaS, or Telecom industry will be an added advantage
