Job Summary

We are looking for a Billing & Collection Executive to manage customer billing, invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and accounts receivable activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of billing, GST, MS Excel, and customer coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify customer invoices, freight charges, GST, and supporting documents.
- Share invoices with customers and maintain accurate billing records.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain ageing reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and documentation issues.




- Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for billing and collection-related queries.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing & collection reports.
- Assist in reconciliation and month-end receivable activities.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, receipts, and collection documents.

Requirements
- B.Com / Finance / Accounting or related qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, or Collections.
- Logistics/Transportation industry experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of GST and invoice documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and customer-handling skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts.
