AGM – Project Finance

We are seeking an experienced AGM – Project Finance to lead and manage all financial aspects of large-scale projects in Delhi. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in fundraising, capital raising, strategic finance, financial modeling, credit rating, refinancing, and working capital management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of securing financing, optimizing capital structures, and ensuring financial sustainability for complex projects. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior leadership, investors, and project stakeholders to deliver financial solutions that support project objectives and growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of fundraising and capital raising strategies for project financing.
- Design and maintain sophisticated financial models to evaluate project viability, cash flow projections, and risk assessments.
- Manage credit rating processes, including preparation of documentation and liaison with rating agencies.




- Oversee refinancing activities to optimize debt structures and reduce cost of capital.
- Direct working capital management initiatives to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with project timelines and business goals.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and investment proposals to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced finance qualification preferred.
- 9 to 15 years of progressive experience in project finance, capital markets, or corporate finance.
- Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, capital raising, and strategic finance.
- Proficiency in advanced financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience with credit ratin
