Job Summary
We are looking for looking for a highly skilled MERN Stack Developerwith 3 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies and be passionate about building high-performance applications.

Job Description
- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Design and implement responsive, reusable, and scalable UI components using React.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases and queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
- Work in an Agile development environment and contribute to sprint planning and execution.





Profile Description
- Robust hands-on experience in:
- React.js
- Node.js
- Express.js
- MongoDB
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, or Material UI.
- Strong understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
- Experience with Git/GitHub for version control.
- Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Microservices architecture is preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
