Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements and company objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth production planning, execution, and delivery.
- Ensure quality control measures are in place to maintain high-quality products.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain operations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Auto Components).
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or related field.
- Robust understanding of PPC (Production Planning Control) principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team management, leadership, and problem-solving.
