About the Role:
We are looking for an MIS Executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining systems and dashboards that give real-time visibility into business data.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain MIS reports and dashboards covering sales, operations, finance, inventory, and other key business functions.
- Consolidate data from multiple sources (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, accounting software, etc.) into unified, structured reporting systems.
- Automate recurring reports to reduce manual effort and minimize errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and systems.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather requirements and ensure dashboards reflect actual business needs.
- Continuously improve reporting systems based on management feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration,



or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analytics, or data management (freshers with strong Excel/dashboard skills may also apply).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, macros, formulas).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Google Apps Script, Power Query, Zapier, or similar) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently understand business processes and translate them into structured data systems.
- Valuable communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
