Position: Mechanical Engineer - Site Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site vibration analysis and condition monitoring of rotating machinery.
- Perform agile balancing of rotors, fans, blowers, pumps, impellers, and other rotating equipment.
- Carry out laser shaft alignment and machinery alignment activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical problems related to bearings, couplings, shafts, motors, pumps, fans, and gearboxes.
- Install, commission, and demonstrate vibration monitoring and predictive maintenance equipment.
- Prepare service reports, measurement reports, and technical recommendations.
- Travel to customer sites across India as required.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service activities.
Required Skills:
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of rotating machinery and mechanical maintenance.
- Knowledge of vibration analysis, balancing, or shaft alignment will be an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively for site assignments.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers with a strong interest in Reliability Engineering / Predictive Maintenance can apply.
