2D/3D Civil Draftsman

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented 2D/3D Draftsman to join our design and construction team. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing residential and commercial building drawings and a good understanding of construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate 2D architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD.

* Develop 3D models and views using SketchUp.

* Prepare plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detailed drawings.

* Coordinate drawings with structural, electrical and plumbing requirements.

* Assist in developing and refining residential and commercial building designs.

* Make revisions based on design requirements and site conditions.

* Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed and suitable for execution at site.

Required Software Skills

* AutoCAD Mandatory

* SketchUp – Mandatory

* Revit – Added advantage





* Basic knowledge of rendering software will be an advantage.

Required Knowledge & Skills

* Good understanding of residential and commercial building planning and construction.

* Basic understanding of spatial planning and functionality.

* Ability to understand and prepare basic electrical and plumbing layouts/diagrams.

* Understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions, levels and construction details.

* Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.

* Ability to coordinate with designers, engineers, clients and site teams.

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in architectural / structural / interior drafting or a related field.
