QUALDOW LLP JOB DESCRIPTION – DATA ENTRY OPERATOR / TALLY OPERATOR

Position: Data Entry Operator – Tally Experience: 2–3 Years

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills

Job Overview : Qualdow is looking for an experienced Tally Operator / Data Entry Operator with good practical knowledge of TallyPrime / Tally ERP and basic accounting. Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day data entry and accounting transactions in Tally. Enter purchase, sales, payment, receipt, journal, and contra entries. Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers. Maintain customer and vendor ledgers. Perform basic ledger and bank reconciliation. Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and payment records. Verify entries and supporting documents for accuracy. Assist with GST-related entries and basic accounting requirements. Maintain records and reports using MS Excel. Coordinate with the Accounts and other teams for required documents and information.



Ensure timely and accurate completion of daily accounting entries.

Requirements : 2–3 years of hands-on experience in TallyPrime / Tally ERP. Basic knowledge of accounting principles. Knowledge of GST and GST-related entries preferred. Good knowledge of MS Excel. Positive numerical and data-entry skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Responsible, punctual, and organised. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Qualification : B.Com / Commerce Graduate preferred. Candidates with relevant Tally and accounting experience may also apply. 1 Ideal Candidate A reliable and detail-oriented professional who can independently manage day-to-day Tally entries, invoices, ledgers, reconciliations, and accounting records with accuracy. Tally experience is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
