Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Architect Sales to lead business development through architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, developers, and project stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for developing the architect network, generating project opportunities, achieving sales targets, and ensuring company products are specified in upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the architect and consultant sales strategy for the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, builders, developers, and contractors.
- Identify and develop upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects.
- Drive product specification and approvals with architects and consultants.




- Generate project leads and convert specifications into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and CPD/product awareness sessions.
- Lead and manage the architect sales team, if applicable.
- Set monthly and quarterly targets and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with Project Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Operations teams for project execution.
- Track projects from the design/specification stage through enquiry, quotation, negotiation, and order closure.
- Develop and maintain a solid project pipeline for the assigned area.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new product developments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, project reports, and market intelligence.
- Ensure achievement of sales, project registration, specification, and collection targets.
- Travel regularly for architect, consultant, and project meetings.
