ApnaGhr is a PropTech startup building a verified property site-visit marketplace. Real estate dealers subscribe to our platform, and our network of callers, coordinators, and riders handles physical verification of property visits — bringing trust and transparency to a process that's traditionally opaque. We're building a modern, technology-first alternative in a space long dominated by unverified listings and manual processes.
About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the core user experiences across our platform — from the dealer-facing web dashboard to our rider mobile app to our customer/property-seeker touchpoints. You'll be one of the earliest design hires at the company, working directly with the founding team to define how ApnaGhr looks, feels, and functions across every surface.
This is a high-ownership role: you won't be executing against someone else's design system — you'll be building it.
What You'll Do
- Design end-to-end user flows for our three core surfaces: the dealer subscription platform, the rider navigation app, and customer-facing property discovery
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that balance usability with our brand identity
- Establish and maintain a consistent design system/component library as the product scales
- Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented faithfully and remain feasible within technical constraints
- Conduct or synthesize user research and feedback (from dealers, riders, and customers) to inform design decisions
- Design for a genuinely mixed-context user base — dealers on desktop, riders on mobile in the field, customers browsing casually — and adapt patterns accordingly
- Iterate quickly in a startup setting where priorities shift as the product evolves
