About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Goa real estate sales team. The role involves handling prospective clients, understanding their requirements, conducting property presentations/site visits, and converting leads into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up with prospective clients through various channels.
- Handle inbound leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate offerings.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Negotiate effectively and drive closures in line with business targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,



and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth booking and customer experience.
- Achieve individual monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the Goa real estate market, projects, pricing, and competition.

Eligibility & Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in real estate sales/direct sales preferred.
- Candidates with experience in residential, luxury real estate, villas, plots, or holiday homes will be preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Candidates with local Goa market knowledge will have an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
