PHASE Sports is one of India's leading children's sports and fitness organizations, founded by international champion Sabari Karthik. We help children develop fitness, confidence, discipline, and lifelong healthy habits through our unique Multi-Sport, TinyMoves, Karate, and Silambam programs.
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Parent Relationship Executives to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Call parents who have shown interest in PHASE Sports programs.
- Explain our programs, schedules, venues, and benefits.
- Guide parents in booking FREE trial classes.
- Follow up with interested parents and answer their questions.
- Maintain lead and call records in our CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions team and center staff.
- Help convert trial participants into enrolled students.
Requirements
- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage).
- Confident speaking with parents over phone and WhatsApp.
- Smartphone or laptop with stable internet connection.
- Basic computer and internet skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Sales, telecalling, customer support, or counseling experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Compensation
- Fixed Monthly Pay: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 (based on experience and working hours)
