We are urgently looking for a Safety officer for our yarn manufacturing company.

A safety officer protects workers and property by enforcing health and safety rules, finding workplace hazards, and making sure the company follows local laws and guidelines. They act as a link between workers and management to stop accidents before they happen.

Key Resonsibilities

Daily Inspections and Risk Control
- Check work sites and tools to find unsafe acts or bad equipment.
- Run risk assessments for high-risk jobs.
- Make sure workers wear personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Stop any unsafe work right away.

Training and Communication
- Teach recent workers safety rules during onboarding.
- Lead safety talks and training workshops.
- Run fire drills and emergency practice sessions.
- Share clear safety tips with all teams.

Rules and Record Keeping




- Follow local factory acts and environmental rules.
- Write and update safety policies for the site.
- Keep logs of safety checks, gear inventory, and training.
- Work with outside inspectors when they visit.

Accident Response
- Look into workplace injuries and near-miss events.
- Find the main root cause of an accident.
- Write incident reports for managers and authorities.
- Fix the rules so the same accident does not happen again.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
