We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Project Executives for our Skill Development Projects. The role involves project coordination, candidate engagement, documentation, reporting, and field-level implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and field operations.
- Maintain project records, documentation, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with candidates, training centres, and project stakeholders.
- Support candidate mobilization, counselling, training, and placement activities.
- Prepare project reports and ensure timely submission of documentation.
- Monitor project activities and follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Support the successful implementation of project objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Any Graduate can apply.




- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Solid follow-up and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and undertake field visits as required.
- Fluency in Telugu, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

EXPERIENCE:
- Freshers / 01 Year

EMPLOYMENT COMMITMENT:
- Minimum 2-year commitment is expected.
- The first 3 months will be an assessment/probationary period.
- Candidates should be willing to commit to the project and organization for the required period.
