present that work, build our brand and shape how the world sees Media Offline.

Role Description

We’re looking for a
Creative Marketing Strategist
who can take ownership of Media Offline’s brand and digital presence.

This is
not just a social media posting role
. We want someone who can understand our company, our work and our creative vision — then proactively identify what we should be doing to grow and position the brand.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing our overall
brand, content and marketing strategy
- Planning and owning our Instagram, LinkedIn, website and other digital presence
- Creating weekly/monthly content plans and identifying new content opportunities
- Turning our projects, BTS, team activities and ideas into reels, posts, carousels and case studies




- Working with our editors, writers and GenAI artists to get content produced
- Creating simpler graphics, carousels and social assets yourself using AI/design tools
- Helping shape our website, portfolio, pitch materials and overall brand presentation
- Identifying trends, collaborations and marketing opportunities we should act on
- Tracking what works and continuously improving our strategy

Most importantly,
we don’t want to tell you what to do every day.

We want someone who comes to us and says:

“Here’s what I think we should do, here’s why, and here’s how I’m going to make it happen.”

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with approximately
2–4 years of relevant experience
, but your
taste, ideas and initiative matter more to us than the number of years on your CV.

You should:
- Have a strong creative and visual eye
- Understand branding, content and social media
- Be a positive st
