The Assistant Manager HR Operations & HR Technology will be responsible for managing defined HR Technology and HR Process Excellence workstreams, with primary focus on Purva PeopleFirst (Darwinbox) operations, HR process improvement, process governance, MIS and policy governance. The role will operate as an independent contributor who can diagnose issues, coordinate stakeholders, recommend solutions and drive initiatives through implementation.

Role & responsibilities
- HR Technology / Darwinbox Operations : Own day-to-day Purva PeopleFirst (Darwinbox) transactions and operational support; develop robust understanding of configurations, workflows and integrations; independently troubleshoot routine issues; use available Darwinbox AI capabilities for operational issue resolution; coordinate with Deloitte and Darwinbox for complex issues, defects and enhancements; maintain issue and resolution trackers; identify recurring issues and recommend sustainable fixes.
- HR Process Improvement & Automation : Partner with HR COEs,



HRBPs and HR Operations to understand business challenges and assess existing processes; identify gaps, inefficiencies and automation opportunities; document current and future-state processes; support process redesign, digitisation and automation; track improvement initiatives and ensure effective implementation.
- HR Process Governance & MIS : Conduct periodic dipstick reviews across HR processes to assess timeliness, adherence to defined SOPs and alignment with internal policies; establish process metrics and publish MIS/dashboard reports; identify exceptions and recurring deviations; work with process owners on corrective actions and monitor closure.
- Policy Governance : Maintain the HR policy repository and review calendar; coordinate with relevant HR stakeholders for timely policy updates; ensure changes in organisational practices are appropriately reflected in policies and SOPs; support consistency between documented policy, HR practice and
