We are seeking an experienced Lead Analyst Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in sourcing, stakeholder management, employer branding, and successfully closing positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and hiring priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking channels.
- Screen, assess, and interview candidates to evaluate skills, cultural fit, and role alignment.
