Key Responsibilities
•
Identify, evaluate and onboard manufacturers across India and international markets.
•
Build a strong network of factories, fabric mills, trim suppliers and accessory manufacturers.
•
Source fabrics, linings, elastics, cups, trims, hardware and other product components.
•
Manage the complete sampling process from first prototype to final pre-production approval.
•
Coordinate closely with designers, factories and suppliers to ensure products are developed according to tech packs and specifications.
•
Own product costing and negotiate factory pricing, MOQs, sampling charges, lead times and payment terms.
•
Maintain development trackers, production calendars and T&A; timelines across all products.
•
Manage production from order confirmation through fabric booking, cutting, stitching, finishing, packing and dispatch.
•
Conduct regular factory follow ups and proactively identify and resolve delays, quality concerns and production bottlenecks.
•




Establish and manage quality control processes to ensure bulk production matches approved samples and specifications.
•
Build alternate supplier options and reduce dependency on individual manufacturers.
•
Work directly with the founders on sourcing strategy, margin targets, production planning and long term supply chain development.

Experience & Qualifications
•
5+ years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, production or apparel manufacturing.
•
Experience working with garment manufacturers, export houses, buying houses, sourcing offices or apparel brands.
•
Experience across swimwear, activewear, lingerie, sportswear or performance apparel
•
Solid experience managing products from sampling through bulk production.
•
Existing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers would be an advantage.
•
Experience sourcing domestic and internationally
