Role - Senior Supply Chain Manager

Reporting To Head / Lead - Supply Chain Management

Purpose:

The Senior Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading strategic sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier relationship management, and supply chain transformation initiatives across assigned categories and business units. The role will drive cost optimization, value creation, risk mitigation, supplier performance improvement,



and governance while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

The incumbent will collaborate with senior business stakeholders, finance, legal, project teams, and suppliers to develop and execute category strategies, negotiate complex commercial agreements, improve procurement efficiency, and support digitalization initiatives within the supply chain function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement
- Develop and implement category sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive competitive bidding processes, RFQs/RFPs, commercial evaluations, and contract negotiations.
- Deliver annual savings, cost optimization, and value creation targets.
- Identify opportunities for supplier consolidation, standardization, and procurement efficiency improvement.
- Lead high-value and strategic procurement engagements.
