Position: Staff Nurse/Sr. Staff Nurse
Department: MICU
Experience: 1 to 8 Years
Qualification: GNM/B.Sc. Nursing
Registration: State Nursing Council Registration is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care across assigned units.
- Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with doctors, anesthetists, and surgical teams efficiently.
- Manage and operate OT equipment, maintaining aseptic techniques.
- Ensure adequate stock of medications and consumables.




- Comply with infection control, biomedical waste, and hospital safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient records regularly.
- Ensure compliance with QMS, EMS, and disaster preparedness standards.

Experience & Qualification:
- Qualified in GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with valid state nursing registration.
- 1 to 6 years of clinical experience in a hospital setup.
