Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, promote products/services, and convert leads into sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, persuasion, and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone, email, and online channels.
- Generate and follow up with leads to convert them into sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate to close sales.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.




- Provide regular sales updates and reports to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 01 years of experience in inside sales or tele-sales preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Solid persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
