About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to own Mirai School of Technologys

day-to-day social media and content engine across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook

and other relevant platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands social media, internet culture, content

creation and audience growth. You will be responsible for turning Mirai’s brand, students,

campuses, events and ideas into content that people want to watch, engage with and share.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Design, Video, Admissions and Campus teams to build

a consistent flow of high-quality content and grow Mirai’s social presence organically.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy
- Own the day-to-day social media strategy and execution across relevant platforms.
- Define content pillars, formats, publishing rhythms and channel-specific approaches.
- Build Mirai into a recognisable voice in AI-first education, technology, careers and the

future of work.
- Identify emerging trends, formats,



conversations and opportunities relevant to Mirai’s

audience.
- Continuously test new content formats, hooks and storytelling approaches to drive

growth.

2. Content Strategy & Creation
- Own and manage the central social media content calendar.
- Ideate and develop content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant

platforms.
- Conceptualise reels, shorts, carousels, stories, memes, student stories, campus content

and creator-led formats.
- Develop robust hooks and content ideas designed for attention, retention and

shareability.
- Turn campus activities, student projects, events, achievements and industry interactions

into compelling content.
- Work closely with designers and video editors to take ideas from brief to final execution.
- Create content that is useful, entertaining, culturally relevant and not overly

promotional.

3. Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling and optimisation across
