Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced GST & Taxation Manager / Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to manage GST, direct and indirect taxation, statutory compliances, tax assessments, audits, and financial reporting for our real estate business. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, tax audits, reconciliations, and real estate taxation.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C and other applicable returns.
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.
- Review GST input tax credit, reconciliations, blocked credits, reversals and vendor compliance.
- Handle GST notices, assessments, audits, departmental queries and litigation in coordination with consultants.




- Manage TDS/TCS compliance, return filing, reconciliation and certificates.
- Support Income Tax assessments, tax audits and related statutory requirements.
- Review tax implications of real estate transactions, including land purchases, construction contracts, sale of properties, joint development agreements and related-party transactions.
- Ensure accurate accounting and tax treatment of project-related transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax MIS and compliance reports for management.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and government authorities.
- Monitor changes in GST, Income Tax and other applicable laws and advise management on their impact.
- Identify opportunities for tax optimization and compliance risk mitigation.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of tax records for audits and assessments.
