- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, merchandising, or product development with in the lingerie or apparel industry
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sourcing framework that enhances the supply chain competitive advantage.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with the company s quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and drive cost efficiency across the sourcing process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
- Monitor and review vendor performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain service quality.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures to uphold company standards and reduce risks.




- Continuously explore creative sourcing solutions to adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, leveraging market understanding to secure costeffective procurement deals.
- Strong analytical skills with a robust capability in conducting market research to identify sourcing opportunities and strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
- Knowledge of trends in the lingerie market and understanding of consumer preferences in lingerie and intimate apparel.
- Ability to develop and maintain productive vendor relationships to foster long-term partnerships and collaborations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Experience with sourcing/merchandising software is a plus.
- Candidate should have predominantly knits experience.
