About the Role
- Lead end-to-end execution of hotel construction projects from planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and construction milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and hotel operators throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure quality, cost, and timeline adherence.
- Manage contractor performance, contract administration, and vendor relationships to drive project success.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, statutory approvals, health & safety standards,



and hotel brand requirements.
- Oversee quality control processes, site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and operational requirements.
- Ensure seamless project closeout, snag rectification, and successful handover to operations teams.

About You
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 8-15 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in hotel, hospitality, resort, or large commercial projects.
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end construction projects within budget and schedule.
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, contract management, and procurement.
