Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to be part of our
high-performing Inside Sales team. You will be responsible for converting inbound leads,
recovering abandoned carts, and driving demo-to-order conversions through proactive outreach
and follow-ups.



This is an individual contributor role focused on hitting revenue targets, maintaining
pipeline discipline, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inside Sales & Revenue Generation
Handle inbound leads, demo follow-ups, and abandoned cart recovery to drive conversions
and revenue.
Execute structured follow-up cadences across calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to
maximize closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly individual revenue targets.
Proactively engage with warm and hot leads to accelerate the sales cycle.
Pipeline & CRM Discipline
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools for all leads and customer
interactions.
Track personal conversion metrics, identify drop-offs, and work on improving funnel efficiency.
¢ Prioritize leads effectively based on intent signals and follow-up status.
Customer Engagement & Closures
