Role - Sales Cum Relationship Manager

Location - Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and NCR (Delhi)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales & Relationship Manager to drive the sales of IoT-enabled tracking devices and IT solutions to institutional clients, SMEs, and transporters. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, developing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, communication, relationship management and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve revenue targets in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for IoT-enabled tracking, security, and IT solutions across institutional clients, SMEs, fleet operators, transporters, logistics companies, and channel partners.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through market mapping, cold calling, referrals, networking, field visits,



digital outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, proposal preparation, pricing discussions, contract finalization, onboarding, and revenue realization.
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings, business development activities, partner engagement, and market expansion. Mandatory without exception.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM-based sales management tools.

Requirements and skills:
- Proven track record of 2-3 years in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Prior experience in GPS/IT solutions, IoT sales, or similar technologies will be preferred

Specific skills required:
- Fluent in regional language(s)
