Should be B.Sc. in Chemistry with minimum 3 plus years experience in Research Development (RD) or Quality Control in Agriculture industry .
Would be responsible for :
- Research and Development of Agro-chemical surfactants development.
Testing of Chemicals in agriculture industry.
Testing of Surfactants / Chemicals in agriculture
Formulation and development of agrochemical surfactant products, optimizing their properties
Assist the quality control department in evaluating product quality and ensuring compliance with specifications.
Address quality-related issues and participate in root cause analysis.
Ensure that all RD activities adhere to regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Support regulatory submissions and documentation when necessary.




Work closely with fellow RD team members, including chemists, scientists, and technicians.
Manage laboratory supplies and chemicals, ensuring an adequate stock for research activities
Keep detailed records of experiments, procedures, and observations in laboratory notebooks.
