Prepare, submit, and monitor government approval applications required for solar project development, installation, and commissioning. Maintain relationship and coordinate with officials from Electricity Boards, DISCOMs, and other statutory bodies and ensure effective follow-up and communication. Handle documentation, record management, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Track approval status, update management on progress, and highlight concerns or delays with proper escalation. Coordinate site visits, inspections, and verification procedures with relevant authorities. Attend government meetings, seminars, conferences, and training programs related to the renewable energy sector. Support internal teams including Project Execution, Engineering, and Commercial departments with regulatory guidance. Assist in resolving issues related to approvals, power evacuation, net metering, safety certification, and commissioning. Ensure adherence to legal and statutory compliance throughout project lifecycle. Role & responsibilities
