Job Summary

Nature Homes & Spaces is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage a team of sales professionals and drive project sales and revenue. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in real estate sales, team handling, customer conversion, and target achievement.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Set individual and team targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for Nature Homes & Spaces projects.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to booking and closure.
- Conduct daily/weekly sales reviews and identify gaps in performance.
- Personally handle key customers, high-value negotiations, and important closures.
- Ensure effective follow-up and maximum utilization of available leads.
- Monitor site visits, negotiations, bookings, cancellations, and collections.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS to senior management.




- Track competitor projects, pricing, offers, market trends, and customer behavior.
- Train and coach sales executives on product knowledge, communication, negotiation, and closing techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes, CRM practices, and policies.
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and referral networks.
- Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure smooth customer closures and handovers.
- Take ownership of team revenue and booking targets.

Candidate Profile
- 510 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with a reputed developer.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Robust understanding of residential real estate sales.
- Good analytical and decision-making skills.
- Strong customer relationship
