About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly knowledgeable Senior Payroll Specialist to join our team, with a strong focus on
Employer of Record (EOR) services
, consulting payroll, and comprehensive HRMS management. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Indian payroll regulations, including
ESI, PF, and all Indian taxations
, and will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for our clients or internal employees.

This role is a builder role for someone who takes personal accountability, is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll & Compliance Management
- End-to-End Payroll Processing: Own the end-to-end payroll cycle, from data collection to final salary disbursement,



ensuring accuracy and timeliness for employees in India and other APAC countries (as applicable).
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all Indian statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Skilled Tax (PT), and TDS deductions under Section 192.
- Taxation & Reporting: Manage payroll tax reporting, filings, and statutory payments. Oversee TDS returns (Form 24Q), Form 16 generation, and ensure compliance with new and old tax regimes.
- Reconciliation: Execute detailed payroll reconciliations, validating current results against prior periods and source data to identify and correct errors.

EOR Services & Consulting
- EOR Payroll Expertise: Manage payroll operations for employees hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) model, ensuring compliance with state-wise employment laws and statutory contributions.
