Job Purpose

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Manager – B2B to drive business growth through new client acquisition, strategic partnerships, and relationship management across the Security Services and Facility Management industry.

The candidate will be responsible for developing corporate and institutional accounts, generating qualified leads, managing the complete sales cycle, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for Security Guarding, Facility Management, Housekeeping, Manpower Outsourcing, and related services.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, market visits, LinkedIn, industry contacts, and corporate references.




- Identify and approach potential clients across IT companies, corporates, manufacturing units, hospitals, schools, colleges, residential communities, hotels, retail, warehouses, and institutions.
- Build strong relationships with HR Heads, Admin Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement Managers, Plant Heads, Operations Heads, and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, requirement assessments, and presentations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the Operations team to develop suitable service solutions.
- Prepare and submit company profiles, proposals, quotations, commercial offers, presentations, RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → client meeting → requirement analysis → proposal → negotiation → contract closure → client onboarding.
