Accounts & Billing Executive - US Accounting

Summary: MB IT Associates is looking for an experienced Accounts & Billing Executive / Specialist to handle accounting, client invoicing, Accounts Receivable/Payable, timesheet management, payroll support, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and payment follow-ups for our US IT Staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate and manage client invoices using QuickBooks based on approved timesheets and billing rates.

* Verify consultant hours, overtime, expenses, rates, and billing information.

* Monitor Accounts Receivable (A/R), aging reports, and overdue invoices.

* Follow up with US clients for payments, discrepancies, and invoice queries.

* Manage vendor invoices, payments, documentation, and reconciliations.

* Collect and verify consultant timesheets for billing and payroll.

* Support payroll processing and verify hours, overtime, deductions, and reimbursements.

* Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.

* Maintain accurate accounting records in QuickBooks.

* Prepare basic accounting, aging, payment,



and reconciliation reports.

* Support month-end/year-end closing activities.

* Coordinate with recruiters, account managers, consultants, clients, and vendors.

Required Skills

* 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, Billing, Invoicing, AR/AP, or Finance Operations.

* Hands-on experience with QuickBooks is required.

* Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation.

* Experience with timesheets and payroll support.

* Strong client/vendor follow-up and communication skills.

* Positive knowledge of MS Excel.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

* Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.

* Willingness to work 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST.
