Job Summary

Nature Homes & Spaces is looking for a highly experienced and commercially driven AGM Sales to lead the sales function and drive revenue growth across the company's projects.

The AGM – Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving revenue and booking targets, leading sales teams, strengthening channel partnerships, and ensuring strong market penetration and customer conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Nature Homes & Spaces.
- Take ownership of project-wise and organization-wide booking and revenue targets.
- Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans.
- Develop strategies to improve sales velocity and market penetration.
- Identify new customer segments, markets, and business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer behavior.
- Recommend suitable pricing strategies, schemes, offers, and sales initiatives to the management.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead Sales Managers, Team Leaders,



Sales Executives, and other sales personnel.
- Establish transparent KPIs and performance standards across the sales organization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and business meetings.
- Develop and implement training and sales-coaching programs.
- Build a strong, accountable, and high-performance sales culture.
- Identify high-potential employees and develop the next generation of sales leaders.

Sales Performance Management
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation through booking, collections, and closure.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
- Improve lead-to-site-visit and site-visit-to-booking conversion.
- Monitor sales productivity and ROI across various lead sources.
- Ensure effective utilization of marketing-generated leads.
