Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and performance-driven SEO Manager/Lead to lead our organic growth strategy across SaaS and e-commerce platforms. The role requires strong expertise in AI-powered optimization, technical SEO, content marketing, and data-driven lead generation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable organic traffic, improving keyword rankings, and converting traffic into measurable business outcomes while staying ahead of evolving search technologies such as AIO, GEO, LLM, and AEO.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Growth
- Develop, execute, and optimize comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic visibility, qualified traffic, and lead generation.
- Drive data-driven decision-making using SEO analytics, keyword performance, and search volume insights.
- Manage and control organic traffic growth aligned with business and revenue goals.





Technical SEO
- Lead all Technical SEO initiatives, including:
- Schema markup implementation
- Canonicalization
- XML sitemap management
- robots.txt configuration
- Crawl budget optimization
- Core Web Vitals improvements
- Conduct regular website audits and issue resolution using Screaming Frog and related tools.
- Ensure optimal site architecture, internal linking, crawlability, and indexation.

On-Page & Off-Page SEO
- Manage and optimize on-page SEO, including metadata, content structure, keyword placement, and internal linking.
- Execute and scale off-page SEO and link-building strategies focused on high-authority and relevant domains.
- Monitor backlink profiles, toxic links, and domain authority growth.

Content & Keyword Strategy
- Lead SEO-driven content marketing strategies, including:
- Keyword research based on ranking potential and search volume
- Competitor and conten
