About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Marketing to lead the company's overall marketing and business growth strategy. The role will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, and leading the marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in strategic marketing, business development, key account management, product development, pricing, market analysis, commercial negotiations, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's overall marketing and business growth strategy.
- Identify current markets, customers, business opportunities, and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, brands, and business partners.




- Lead business development initiatives to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and business expansion.
- Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Develop and execute product and collection strategies based on market demand and customer requirements.
- Work closely with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, Production, and Supply Chain teams for successful product commercialization.
- Lead pricing, costing, commercial proposals, and negotiations to achieve business and profitability objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, margins, customer performance, and overall marketing KPIs.
- Develop annual marketing plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and growth strategies.
