Atlas Financial Research & Consulting Pvt Ltd is a leading consulting firm, empaneled by major banks across India to conduct Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) studies and serve as Lenders Independent Engineers (LIE) for infrastructure and manufacturing projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth of our TEV/LIE division. This is a key role responsibility for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with stakeholders, and driving the successful execution of feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies targeting feasibility studies.
- Engage with existing and potential clients, particularly bankers, to generate leads and win current projects.
- Collaborate with officials from MSME, Mid Corporate,



and Large Corporate branches of banks to identify partnership opportunities.
- Generate leads through Chartered Accountants and other intermediaries.
- Build connections with industry associations like CII, FICCI, and ASSOCHAM to reach potential clients.
- Develop relationships with government bodies, including the Ministry of MSME and the Director of Industries, to find new business prospects.
- Conduct frequent travel, including outstation trips, to meet clients and stakeholders.
- Provide weekly MIS reports following company guidelines.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech),or MBA in Finance/Mktg
3-5 years of experience in business development within a fast-paced environment.
Strong financial analysis skills are a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
