About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – Content Writing to lead our content team and oversee the creation, review, and delivery of high-quality website and SEO content across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have robust writing, editing, research, and team management skills, along with the ability to maintain quality standards and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Quality Management

Oversee the creation of website content, service pages, location pages, landing pages, blogs, and other SEO-focused content.

Review, edit, and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.

Ensure all content meets quality standards before submission to clients or publishing.

Conduct research on industries, competitors, and target audiences to create valuable and engaging content.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content writers.

Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project completion.





Conduct regular content reviews, feedback sessions, and training initiatives.

Help team members improve writing quality, research skills, and content effectiveness.

SEO Content Collaboration

Work closely with the SEO team to develop search-optimized content.

Understand keyword integration, search intent, content structure, and on-page SEO best practices.

Ensure content supports organic traffic growth and ranking objectives.

Review content from both quality and SEO perspectives before final approval.

AI & Modern Content Practices

Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and similar platforms for research, ideation, outlining, content optimization, and productivity enhancement.

Develop AI-assisted content workflows while maintaining high editorial standards.

Review, fact-check, and refine AI-generated content to ensure originality, accuracy, and quality.
