Spread Design and Innovation Pvt Ltd is looking for a
Creative Writer
who can think beyond conventional copy and create ideas, stories, campaigns, and communication that people remember.

We are looking for someone with a solid creative instinct and, most importantly,
excellent Kannada writing skills
. If Kannada is your primary language of communication and you can write sharp, natural, engaging Kannada, we want to hear from you.

The role involves working across branding, advertising, campaigns, social media, and other forms of communication. You will work closely with designers, strategists, and the wider creative team to turn ideas into compelling communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative copy and campaign communication for brands, advertising, social media, websites, and other platforms.
- Write campaign concepts, headlines, taglines, body copy, brand stories, scripts, social media content, and other creative formats.




- Create content in
Kannada, English, and bilingual formats
, depending on the audience and campaign.
- Develop Kannada communication that feels
natural, contemporary, culturally relevant, and not like a literal translation from English.
- Work with designers and strategists to develop strong visual and verbal campaign ideas.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop campaign concepts from the ground up.
- Understand different audiences and adapt the tone, language, and messaging accordingly.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice and communication across different platforms.
- Research cultural, social, industry, and audience trends to bring relevant insights into creative work.
- Edit and proofread content before publication.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
