HR GENERALIST/BHR PEOPLE EXPERIENCE/ EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

Primarily responsible for enhancing employee satisfaction, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring effective communication between employees and management.

Focus on creating an engaging work environment that attracts, retains, and develops talent.

Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement: Design and implement initiatives to boost morale, motivation, and engagement across the organization.
- Employee Relations Management: Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts effectively, ensuring fair and transparent resolution in compliance with company policies.
- Workplace Culture: Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment aligned with organizational values.
- Employee Feedback and Surveys: Conduct engagement surveys, analyze data, and develop action plans based on insights.
- Feedback Collection: Skip/Pulse level meetings, one-on-one discussions wherever required to gauge employee sentiment and gather actionable insights
- Event Management:



Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
- Communication: Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, ensuring transparent and timely communication.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Enhance onboarding programs to improve current employee experience.
- Talent Development: Collaborate with HR and management to identify opportunities for employee growth and development.
- HR Analytics: Use data to track engagement metrics, turnover rates, and employee feedback trends.
- Policy and Process Improvement: Recommend policies or practices that improve employee experience.

Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA / MSW in HR with relevant employee engagement experience between 8 15 years
- Proven experience in employee engagement, organizational development roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and event management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS and survey
